Intro- Which branch of government has the most impact on the way we live in the U.S.A? The U.S government consists of three branches: the executive branch,legislative branch, and judicial branch. Out of all three branches I’ve always believed that the executive branch holds the most powers or at least has the most impactful powers. Some of the reasons as to why I believe the executive branch is the most powerful are that the executive branch has the power to not only carry out and enforce laws but also veto bills. *how enforcing and carrying out laws how its important and how the other branches impact the laws but the executive branch has the most impact* Body Paragraph 1- According to Florida A and M University “the executive branch has a variety of cabinets,executive departments,agencies and government corporations that assist the president to ensure that the laws of the U.S are followed.” Cornell University states that the executive branch is able to enforce laws with the help of the legislative branch. The executive branch is able to enforce laws with the help of the President who acts as the head of the executive branch and is empowered in various ways to fulfill their duty. The executive branch also works with the legislative branch when the president is vetoing laws created by Congress and when nominating heads of federal agencies. Of course all three branches are made to be equal, having their own powers and things that they're each in charge of. Like any other branch the executive branch has its own departments made to be incharge of things like education, money, food etc. According to whitehouse.gov the executive branch has “fifteen executive departments each led by an appointed member of the president's cabinet.” Each department has the responsibility to carry out day-to-day activities of the federal
