Summary of learning After the completion of the internship period at Inspiration Space, I have acquired the skills and knowledge related to the managing of data and resources in an organization. This training provides me an overview of the working environment and a job training experience that has enhanced my confidence level. The internship at Inspiration Space helped me in learning about the team work and spirit of working together for achieving the project objectives within a time frame. I had acquired knowledge about various data management concepts and got the opportunity to apply them practically during various phases of the data management project. While working in the organization, I had learned about the installation of data backups and security to maintain the integrity of information. Each team member including me was given the opportunity to contribute freely towards innovative ways of using technology in the library environment. I had analyzed and tried to understand the existing data management practices that was used in problem solving and to form gap analysis for bringing improvements. I had also acquired knowledge from various workshops contacted in the Inspiration Space such as Unleash your potential and your inspired future for identifying skills and abilities that natural for the choosing the right career. This internship position helped me in gaining on hand training associated with the structuring of the data and resources. While working with the team, I had experienced that creativity is not restricted to high budget projects rather change could be bought within a limited budget. I got training in inserting, updating and deleting the data in datasets in day to day operations within the library
