Body language can be our facial expressions, our body movements, eye contacts and many other forms, which are things that we do not say verbally, but they still can convey huge amount of information. We can become a much more effective communicator in all areas of life by learning how to interpret body language.
Body movements can be used to reinforce or emphasise what a person is saying and also offer information about the emotions and attitudes of a person. However, it is also possible for body movements to conflict with what is said. If someone was portraying a lack of interest and detachment then they would have folded arms or crossed legs and maybe perhaps turning away slightly. And then later on, uncrossed arms and legs may be a sign of acceptance of your position or terms.

Rapport forms the basis of meaningful, close and harmonious relationships between people. Rapport isn't just a tool for building relationships as it's often the foundation of success. When you have a rapport with someone, it makes it easier to influence, learn and teach them. Particularly as the trust that you've built up means other people are more likely to accept your ideas, to share information, and to create opportunities together.
Firstly, to build rapport with anyone, you need to make a great first impression. In this regard, your appearance is very important as it will either create a barrier or make it easier for you to connect with others. For instance, going for a business meeting dressed in jeans and a t-shirt will make it harder for you to fit in. Therefore, before meeting anyone, find out in advance how you are expected to
