One negative affect is that students may decide to not go to school as much due to the lack of appetizing lunches being served, which may lead to all sorts of negative affects. Another negative effect is test scores and grades may drop because the student is not as focused because they have not had anything to eat and are much more worried about eating than paying attention in class. The mood of the school might also be more negative. If students are happy and feel they are treated fairly they will show more school spirit and all around be a much happier learning environment.
Because students waste to many foods at school at day. 60 percent of fresh vegetables and 40 percent of fresh fruit are being thrown away. For these reasons, I support the ELC’s policy of no eating or drinking in classrooms. First of all, eating and drinking takes away the appropriate academic environment in the classroom. We all have a pretty good idea why, in our houses, we do not study in the kitchen, or when we go out to seek a space to study, we never choose a restaurant. That happens because these places do not have conditions that allow us to study productively. The same happens when people begin eating or drinking in the classroom.

His setting of a symbolic figure is admirable in my opinion because it shows that he was a man who would set an expectation and surpass it. I also admire that he was seen as a person who would not make it far just because of his childhood and how he was not wealthy or anything. One quote that makes me see him as a symbolic figure of wisdom is, Picture me, he wrote a friend, “very plainly dressed, wearing my thin gray straight hair that peeps out under my only coiffure, a fine fur cap, which comes down to my forehead almost to my spectacles. Think how this must appear among the powdered heads of Paris. ' '.

Also, if school starts later you will be able to have a proper and healthy breakfast. It is important for students’ because with there growing bodies and developing brains they need regular refueling often, from food. When kids skip breakfast, they don’t get what they need to be at their best in school and at home. If you’re short on time you can just throw some fruit in a blender and make a delicious and nutritious smoothie.
Snacking has proven to increase energy rates, which would help students’ and schools if used right. Snacking would keep students minds focused on their work and what is going on in the classroom. Although some time may be lost during the extended breaks, it would be made up. There is no point for students to sit through a class on an empty stomach and not be paying attention. This would all be solved by students being able to eat in class because it helps the mind focus and stay on task.
If parents (or guardians) ate a school lunch every day, their child’s complaints would become much more understandable. Beverage options include milk, water, and several kinds of juice. The milk itself hardly deserves the label ‘milk’—it is watered down to the point where it can only
Have you ever just wanted to have a soda at school? Have you ever been having a bad day at school and just want a nice cool, refreshing beverage, but then you realize… you’re at school? According to NY daily news “soda gets a bad rap for making us fat, rotting our teeth and even possibly making us depressed. One, it gives you energy for the day, and it is said to improve how you perform in school. SFgate says, “It is important to refuel children's glucose supplies with a healthy lunch. A healthy lunch can give children the energy they need to stay focused, pay attention in class, and learn the information presented to them in their classes after lunchtime.” Eating healthy when we are young, is very important when we are older as well.
