Ray Bradbury chose the title of the novel, Fahrenheit 451, very skillfully. For instance, like he states in the opening of his book, four hundred fifty one degrees is the temperature at which book paper catches fire and burn (Bradbury, n. pag.). He brilliantly encodes a loud warning into these first words that catch the readers’ attention. In fact, the title of the novel is a symbol itself. At first, the readers may not understand why it is so essential to know that the paper of books burns at such temperature, but it soon becomes obvious that the whole story revolves around this significant words forming the title. Without a doubt, it reveals the central symbol around which Ray Bradbury organized Fahrenheit 451: fire (Lenhoff, n. pag.). For
