The Great Depression was a very hard time for most Americans but there was one person that they had faith in and that was Franklin D. Roosevelt. Effective Leadership is being able to be vocal, respectable, and inspiring. FDR was a able communicate with the people of America that needed and wanted change and those people turned to FDR for help and change, FDR was also a very respected public leader. Franklin Roosevelt was a sign of hope during The Depression and War Times and was good economist and was good with people. FDR served a second term as a president. The people of the nation were very faithful in FDR and had a lot of trust in him to pull them out of the rough times' was very well liked by the lower class or farmers. While in office he created many job opportunities for the people that needed them. FDR had many qualities like being very good at being there for his people. Not only was he a people person on paper by helping them using his power but he was also able to build a special connection with his people. He was able to inspire his people.
