Franklin D. Roosevelt, the 32nd President of the United States, was known as one of the most energetic presidents in our nation. He is a role model for his ability to give hope to the people when they needed it most. He gained credibility and respect from the people of the U.S. by following through with his 100-day plan that brought jobs, hope, and stability from one of the most devastating times in the United Stated, the Great Depression.
The key attributes that made FDR such an incredible leader included delegation, communication, self-confidence, commitment, and ability to inspire. Franklin D. Roosevelt had a vision of transforming the United States from the instability of the country to a world power. He took that vision and entrusted its implementation to those around him, enabling them to take part in FDR’s vision to demonstrate great strength. He was an effective communicator not only with his team, but also with the citizens of the United States.
