Social Media has undeniably changed the world in both positive and negative ways.
Social media is the most popular international source of communication that impacts culture, economy, and everyone’s overall view of the world.

Social media spreads news quicker than any local news outlets in major events. Some examples of this happening are the movie theater shooting in Aurora, Colorado in 2012, the Boston marathon bombing in 2013, and the death of Cecil the Lion in Zimbabwe. After the Boston bombing, the FBI released the photos of two suspects online. These pictures immediately went viral.
