I’m interested in this position I aspire to obtain a career in Finance; thus, through this position, I hope to gain relevant skills regarding finance, while refining my excel, and budgeting skills. Furthermore, I also enjoy marketing, and hope to further explore this business sector as a career option as well. Aside from these specific business skills, I hope to further improve my collaborative, teamwork, communication, and problem solving skills too.
As for the experiences I have that are relevant to the Finance Coordinator position, I have experience creating reports, and book keeping, in a business class I took in high school, where I utilized Excel to document finances (Profit, Expenses, Costs, etc.). As co-CMO of ezWake, not only did I perform marketing tasks such as posting on social media, creating a marketing plan, leading the marketing team, contacting/responding to websites/newspapers for features, responding to social media inquiries, creating promotional content, and much more, but I, along with the team, also managed to reach our goal of $300 on kickstarter within less than 3 weeks of social media marketing.
