In order to select a public warehouse that can satisfy Fishy Foods specific needs we have to first analyze the amount of merchandise that the warehouse would be handling. The company receives two containers each month, these containers have 20 pallets each. This means that in any given month the warehouse would be receiving 40 pallets of canned salmon. The company plans to sell all merchandise received in the warehouse each month which means that customer demand is expected to be 40 pallets each month.
What services Fishy Foods requires?
The warehouse selected must be located in Broward County and expected to unload containers, rack products, and dispatch lose boxes into the delivery van owned by the company.
