In order to collect systems requirements, we implemented the JAD method. We chose this method for determining systems requirements because it allowed us to simultaneously gather information from a lot of people that worked in “Fit-4-Life Fitness Center”. By conducting this method we got the feedback that as the business increased, paperwork has become an obstacle for keeping track with the records of the business. In the JAD session, we created a dynamic in which all participants were told to identify the characteristics of software that they were looking for. The purpose of this dynamic was to conclude with the implementation of a system that would match with the fitness center’s desire.
