Project feasibility is determined from the potential of the possible project for this company. A project should not be started unless the proper analysis procedures have been researched to determine if the project is feasible or not for the organization or company. Every aspect of the project must be researched in order to determine total feasibility. The Kudler Fine Foods Frequent Shopper program was projected to serve as a program that benefited loyal customers. This information would give the employees the tools they need to push the promotional rewards and be able to educate the customer when asked questions about the program. Employees vs. machines: The system would need to track and store valuable information at the time of purchase. There would need to be a backup for the system in case data is loss. Also the system would need constant maintenance on a daily basis to ensure that all purchases are saved correctly. This issue could be solved by audits as well as employees keeping manual accounts for the first few days of operation. Choosing which products to make redeemable: Each product that are used as gifts, specialty foods and other products and services should be beneficial not costly to the company and outside sales. Pick products that do not cost the company money by making them lower in price. This idea could open up new doors for potential customer growth as well as gain the organization new partners that could benefit from the program. The possibility for gowing is high in this, if all aspects of new implementation are completed. This project could offer products and services that are involved in Kudler Fine foods, products that are not selling to well can be helped by making them redeemable for rewards. Costs area: New registers or computers may need to be bought to help integrate the new system. This could also create some new positions within the company to maintain the new equipment. A new section focused on the reward products will need to be placed in areas around the store to attract attetion to the promotion. Creating the program that would track all purchases could be costly. Overall this project could ignite the companies sales and bring this company into a better profitable
