Store Management The Store Management team has many years of management experience which helps guide Team Members to be successful in their position. A few ways the management team keeps its team motivated is by giving the Team Member a service hero card to be put in a drawing to win Service Hero of the Month. Any Team Member noticed by a manager going above and beyond helping a guest or the store as a whole is awarded with a service hero card. Another method that managers show appreciation for their Team Members is by selecting a Team Member to win Team Member of the Month. By having these incentive programs like the Service Hero Program and Team Member of the Month helps the store achieve a strong team environment where everyone appreciates the work they perform. On Mondays, all the Department Mangers get together to discuss updated policies, upcoming sales and goals, and expectations for the departments. It is important to discuss ways to improve sales and what could we do better based on what happened from the previous week to improve the next week. The section of success program is a way to keep the store neat, clean and organized. The section for success program is a breakdown of the department into eight sections and each day one section is focused on in detail. The reason why it is eight days is to prevent the same section being done on the same day of the week. When doing the section it is very important to make sure low inventory is being addressed and out of stock are checked into to make sure more product is on its way for our guests.
