Leadership is setting a role model and the action which inspires the other people and leading them towards to achieve their goals. The major five components of effective leadership are Confidence, Connection, Aspiration, Resilience and Integrity. Leadership includes: setting up the clear vision, sharing that vision with the each individuals by that they can follow, giving the information and methods to perceive those vision and coordinating with all the individuals. Leader step forward during the difficult times and effectively solve the situations. Unlike the management, leadership can’t be taught, but it can be learned. Each leader has gone through the many ups and down in their life and has reach the great achievements through their hard work and by not giving up the difficult situations. Because of all these reason they have become famous for the nation .The great example of the leader who worked for the nation is Mahatma Gandhi his also known as the father of the nation. Gandhi’s affection and patriotism towards the India which leads him to be a leader and make the each individual to believe in him and inspire them.

His supporters were inspired through his drastic way of peaceful protests and he inculcates faith, devotion, management and regard between his followers.
