Leadership is setting a role model and the action which inspires the other people and leading them towards to achieve their goals. The major five components of effective leadership are Confidence, Connection, Aspiration, Resilience and Integrity. Leadership includes: setting up the clear vision, sharing that vision with the each individuals by that they can follow, giving the information and methods to perceive those vision and coordinating with all the individuals. Leader step forward during the difficult times and effectively solve the situations. Unlike the management, leadership can’t be taught, but it can be learned.
