Constant fighting, numerous affairs, and divorces…would destroy most bands, but not Fleetwood Mac. Fleetwood Mac is a Rock and Roll band, but they didn’t start that way. One of their top selling albums was Rumours. They had many problems that led to them splitting up twice. Fleetwood struggled with many of their problems, but won a Platinum and Grammy award for their music, and got inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, making Fleetwood Mac one of the most emotional and one one of the greatest bands of the 20th century.

Fleetwood Mac’s career started because 3 men played together, Peter Green, John McVie, and Mick Fleetwood (Brunning, 2004). When Green, McVie, and Fleetwood joined together, that's how they started their own band.When Christine McVie joined Fleetwood Mac, the band's career took off when Christine wrote 3 big hits (Morrison, 2006). Christine was Fleetwoods songwriter, so when she wrote their top selling album Rumors, their career took off. Peter's creativity led the group into a great band. His effort drove the band into what it is today (Brunning, 2004). Peter started the band, but his effort kept Fleetwood together. As of now, Peter Green got healed from his sickness, but Danny has some health issues like Peter did. Jeremy has a good life with his family (Brunning, 2004). Jeremy and Peter are healthy and happy, but now Danny has health issues. Having kicked his drug habit and overcome his depression, Buckingham now enjoys life (Smith, 2007). Buckingham also had drugs, but overcome that. Bob Welch, age 65, was found dead in his Nashville home. His wife said the cause of death was a chest wound (Courier, 2012). Not so lucky Bob, is now dead because of a wound. The band was made up of Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Buckingham, Nicks, Christine in the 70s.
