Food Court Observation

Here in the food court at the King of Prussia Mall begins my observation of humans in a social environment. Today is Friday and the time is 7 p.m. everyone is walking around with shopping bags looking to get something to eat. I sat near the Chik-fil-a store at the tables closest to the store. My observation was based on the age, race, social roles, economic status, conversation, and activity of the observers. Most people just walked by quickly not interested in eating at the restaurant. I saw many teenagers walking through the food court in large groups. Most of them seemed young maybe middle school or freshman or sophomores in high school. They were dressed very fancily. One woman had a black and white pinstriped dress with knee high black boots and she wore a pearl necklace and bracelet. The other woman wore a tan pantsuit and black flats. It looked as if they were going over some type of business because the woman with the pinstripe dress had a folder and was presenting papers to the other woman and pointing and talking about what was on the papers. I could tell the woman had a nice job this because they dress nice and presented themselves well. While observing the women, a Caucasian mother and her kids walked by. One of the children was in a stroller and he looked to be about one and a half years old. She also had two other children with her that were twins a boy and a girl that looked about 6 or 7. I could tell they were a very high-class family by the stroller, they had a Stokke stroller where to go for at least $1000. The mother looked to be in her early thirties had a short dark brown hair cut into a bob with a Moncler coat and Burberry rainboots. She also carried a small Chanel bag. The twins wore similar Moncler coats but purple for the girl and red for the
