After completing the Forte Communication Style Report, we were given important information regarding our group as individuals. This information includes motivators, demotivators, strengths, weaknesses, etc. Through discussion within our group, we established common ground as well as our differences. Our group is very similar in certain areas. Our strength as a group is balancing our extroversive members with the more patient ones, which creates a cohesive leadership within the group. All four of our members’ secondary strengths are non-dominance, so we handle everything in a cooperative manner. As the extroversive members begin to shoot out ideas left and right, the patience that is held within the other half rationalizes our options and brings us to a common conclusion. The biggest motivator for our group as a whole is production, based on an organized structure that allows us to stay focused throughout the duration of the assignment.
