What are your two strengths and what is your weakness? My two greatest strengths are my communication and problem solving skills. Leaders possess different strengths that allow them to succeed in their career or life. The Clifton Strengths Finder Assessment helped identify my top strengths and how to lead with my strengths in order to further develop them. My top five strengths were competition, positivity, winning others over (WOO), harmony, and achiever. Based on the meaning of each strength, I related to all them, however, I was surprised by some of them.
1) Discuss strengths in the profession and on-line program. I believe that my background as school teacher has allowed me to develop certain strengths that will benefit me as I enter the school counseling profession. Firstly, my communication style is versitile and enables me to appropriately instruct students, collaborate effectively with teachers, connect with parents, and rally support from administrators and stakeholders. Secondly, I am able to bring a creative, motivating, and caring spirit to the school environment, that fosters collaborative efforts among teachers, administrators, students, and parents to achieve the common goal of promoting the success of all students. Lastly, my experience working with underserved and underrepresented students in a Title I school has heightened the role as an advocate for students.

My Core Competencies There re billions and billions of people on planet earth at this very moment. Out of those billions and billions of people no one is the same as me or you. I may have similar qualities, but I am not the same. I am 6 feet and 2 inches and I weigh 250 pounds. The average person can handle loud noises but I can 't. I can 't handle them because I am Autistic.
Strengths Finder Reflection My top five strengths are adaptability, relator, maximizer, empathetic and strategic. It was not surprising to confirm my top five strengths because, in my work and social interactions, I find that I love relating with others and yearn to understand their situations and take them in that light. However, I am also a practical person who likes planning and looking at an issue from all perspectives. I, therefore, believe that I strike a balance as I am not rigid, neither am I too spontaneous, but most of all I try as much as possible to deal with a situation on its merit to maximize on positive outcomes.
The 7 Habits of highly effective teens project truly blew me away. Throughout the project I learned many new skills that I will most certainly use next year in college. In reference to my group experience, it was awesome! The classmates that I worked with were Bridget Kenney and Mia Bowen. I knew that I 'd get along with both of these girls because we used to play field hockey together.
The President Leadership Academy has been a strong, thriving and significant program since 1977. In the fall of 1998, the first PLA scholars took action to commit to the development of their leadership skill. This was the first time those four core values of the academy, which are integrity, service, credibility, and learning were into, to action. Furthermore, what I’ve learned from the website is that when you become a scholar in the Sidney A. Ribeua President’s Leadership Academy those four core values surrounds everything that the academy do in their roles of leadership on and off campus. This is a great reason why I have taken an interested in becoming a scholar in the PLA, for its teaching of being a leader anywhere, for a new learning
Leadership Journal Report Assignment Skills Inventory: The skills inventory, which includes technical, human, and conceptual skill, helps me to measure my three leadership competencies of me. It lets me to understand how my skills separate to three leadership skill approaches. According to our textbook, although all of three skills are important to leaders, the importance of each skill varies between different management levels. By scoring it, I got 19 in technical skill, 21 in conceptual skill, and 25 in human skill, which is the highest one.
The purpose of this essay is to identify management strength and weakness that need to be developed. It is because of the need to recognize own weaknesses and learn how to make them benefit from management. In my view, management is the process of planning, organizing, leading and controlling the power of people who are involved in activities of organization in order to achieve the goal of organization. Throughout my entire life I have been constantly learning and improving a wide range of personal and social leadership skills, especially in these most recent few years of middle school and high school. These skills have not only helped me to get where I am today, but have also become a huge influence for my personality and overall perception of the world around me. These skills have helped me to build relationships, gain experience and opportunities, improve my personal outlook, and change my entire approach to everything I do in a positive way. But I know it does not stop there. It is never truly possible to fully possess a leadership skill in its entirety.
Strengths: As a student one of my strengths is organization. I can say I can keep my school materials and notebooks organized in a way that I and others can comprehend. The reason I can say I am organized is because, I have hardly ever had in the past or present any issues with trying to find homework or assignments because I always kept my materials for each class organized and in a place I could easily find. Another strength I have is social skills. I can believe that I communicate with others well in a group.
