Franklin D. Roosevelt was a president for the people. He had stated, that he wanted to make a country where no one was left behind, and that is what he set out to do. During his first hundred days, FDR accomplished a lot. During this time, he created fifteen separate bills to try to include everyone and their needs, while trying to give the people more security. FDR’s first hundred days were the institutional framework of the New Deal. Since the institutional framework is asking for the basis of the New Deal, his first and second hundred days would be the answer.
