Once upon a time, a young boy was given up by his father to three spinsters. The young boy, not knowing what his father was doing, stayed with the spinsters. The young boy soon realized that his father would never come back again. He was filled with the feelings of abandonment and loneliness. After they deliberated for a moment they decided that the best way to raise him was to teach him how to spin. So they introduced him to their trade of spinning. They told him, “If you want to learn how to make a living, you have to do what we tell you. The best way to distract yourself from your emotions would be by spinning”. All they saw was how the straw started to become gold; it was magic. He then left after being done. The morning came and as it did the king came as well and saw all the gold and was very delighted to see such a magnificent scene. He then asked the young maiden, “Would you like to be my queen? You will be able to spin all you want and not have to worry about anything. You will have all the luxuries that you may desire.” She thought about what he said, but then remembered the deal she made with Franklin. And now understood what he meant about betrayal. “I can not marry you, your highness, I love another and can not betray the love I have for him.” “Well then I’m sorry to inform you, but you will marry me even if I have to kill your lover.” Franklin later that night came to see the maiden and they discussed what had happened. “What if I kill the king first and become king by spinning gold and giving it to everyone else? Would you be okay with it?” “Well if that is the only way. You decide” Franklin then went with the king and the king said, “What do you want? Do you need anything?” “No, I don’t need anything but I do want something. I want the young maiden you have in the tower. “Ha, you think I will give you the young maiden that can spin straw into
