Hello tribe members, I'm glad that we have taken some time today to meet up and discuss the siding of the French or English. I am your tribe council leader and we have gotten petitioned by the French and the English to join their forces in the fight for land in the northeast during the French and Indian war. Today I will be discussing some points as to why I think we should join the French side during the war. First off, the French have very good trading skills. They have become very reliant on their good relationships with the natives because they know where the trading items are located. Trading items such as beaver fur are very important because that type of fur is very rare and they know where the beavers are located. My last point I would like to make is their battle tactics. They use a battle tactic called the Guerrilla Warfare method which is a quick hit and run attacks. Even though this may cause the war to last longer because of the attacks being short, it will be much easier to recover from the quicker battles, whereas it may take longer to recover when the battles last longer because the injuries may be more severe. In conclusion to my points I think that we should join the French side. We are already very close to the French and we do not want our relationship with them ruined because of betrayal during the war. If we would betray them and something would go wrong on the English side we may lose our trading sources and our friendship with the French. If something bad may happen during war on the French side we would still be able to come together and solve the issue no matter how severe. Lastly something good would come out of war, we could all live together again in peace with the English and not worrying about them invading. Those are my points as to why we should join the French side during the French and Indian
