In the Shakespearean Story Romeo and Juliet, two lovers who fall in love, but sadly have a tragic ending. Many people think others are to blame for their deaths, but I strongly believe it was Friar Lawrence, and his actions and ideas to help unite these two lovers. These actions against the rules of their parents, and secret plans that didn't work out are the cause. At the start of the story, Friar Lawrence decided to help and marry the two lovers. In doing so, he thought that their marriage would help end the families feud. Sadly, it didn't pertain, and ended up ruining more relationships. After their marriage, Romeo and his best friend Mercuitio got into an argument, and Tybalt and Mercutio both ended up dead. This caused the banishment of Romeo, which stopped him from being able to see Juliet. Friar Lawrence has Friar John deliver the news about the plan to Romeo, but he wasn't able to deliver it because he was put on “Quarantine”. Since the news wasn't delivered, Romeo never knew the plan, and heard that Juliet was dead. Romeo decided that he was gonna kill himself, next to Juliet, and say goodbye. So he went to an Apothecary and got poison. This right here is another reason why it's Friar Lawrence's fault.
