Friedrich Nietzsche's Nihilism is defined as a loss of empathy for the world and the people living in it .Nihilists believe that all values and morals are without substantiation and have no meaning. Generally speaking a disciplined nihilist has no sense of understanding or higher beliefs and loyalties.
