GTU: A Case Study

Sharlene excellent performance-based information, and although you attribute much of the learning & development to faculty much applies to staff as well, for example CEW.... I did, however, think GTU could benefit by integrating more social learning technology where easy access to policies, procedures as they relate to student-centered activities and needs, because at universities students are everyone's focus/ business. I also like that GTU...."self-proclaims they are a great place to work ..." and that they provided access "to world-class speakers, community service projects.." as means to promote and motivate employees as well as students to acquire new skills and be reflective lifelong learners, to be responsible and active participants
