The Importance Of RVEC In Education

RVEC is a well-rounded school, it is ranked number 148 out of all the schools in the nation. I have currently been attending RVEC for a few months now, but to think, if I was principal of RVEC what would I change and why? If I was the principal of RVEC five things I would change is the relationships students have with their teachers, I would change the communication between the staff, how students get their college classes, the way seminar works, and I would put more activities throughout the school that students can get involved in. These five things are some of the important things that need to be changed for the better at RVEC. At RVEC the only things I know you can get involved in is FBLA, Yearbook committee, and the quiz bowl which are things many people are not interested in. If I was principal of RVEC I would make it so that there are clubs or activities for the people who, for example, like fashion, video games, sports and people who may like doing makeup, etc. I would set these clubs up so that the students could express their self by doing things that deal with something they might like or enjoy. Principals don’t have the power to make major changes in a school, but they can make minor changes that could benefit their school in many ways. If I could be the principal at RVEC I would really try to change things for the better of the students, teachers and the school itself. Changes like the relationships students have with their teachers, the communication between staff, how students get their college classes, the way seminar works, and how many activities are throughout the school that students can get involved in could make RVEC a better environment for learning and to build unforgettable memories.
