Gay Marriage In many states gay marriage isn’t legalized, but why is this? Why are people’s rights being taken away, their belief, freedom, and why are they being judged for being who they are? They are being treated as “second class” citizens on behalf of their feelings.
Gay marriage should be legal as Americans have the civil right to same sex marriage. “Denying anyone option to marry who they choose is a discriminatory and creates a second class of citizens” (ProCon). Do you believe this text is true instead of giving us the same right they have, they are taking it from us which creates the “second class of citizens”

Doesn’t mean it is right though. You should raise your kids to love all people no matter religion, color, or their sexuality. legalizing gay marriage will not harm the “institution” of marriage, its no different from a woman and a man marring it is still love, its still the bonding of two people proving their love not just on paper but to the world. Marriage is not just a privilege but is a right to all citizens. If a man has a right to choose the women he wishes to marry, why can’t I a woman U.S. citizen choose if I wish to marry a woman as well?
Secondly, People say that same sex marriage is against the Bible, or also called “Gods hand book”, don’t get me wrong, I believe in god (which is also anyone’s right to believe or not to believe) but I do not believe that he is against gay marriage. In the bible he states that god believes in love, so what is different from the love between a women and a woman from a man and a woman. Love is love, In the bible it says “Do not judge, and you will not be judged.” (this is how I take this text it standing for everything). Love is, about the feelings between two people who would give each other the world rather if it left them with nothing, that person that makes you feel like your standing on top of the world, even when your at rock bottom, or when your feeling like you have nothing, that you can’t do nothing right, you feel worthless. love is the person who comes in and changes your mind from suicide, who gives you a reason to breath who doesn’t just let you talk about your problems but yet helps hold them up for you, who doesn’t ever let you feel alone I think that’s what love is about.
