IV Budget Challenges There are several identified challenges to managing the agency’s budget. One of the biggest problems is hiring the correct employees. The organization needs to ensure that the employees have the required skill to perform the duties of the position. Due to technology another issue is integrity and ethics. Employees and management bust conduct and display these always. They must remember that when every you browse something on the computer, the next person can review where you were and what you did on the site. People often change the figures on reports to make it look good to impress others, but it can backfire on them and the company when the truth comes
