Problem Statement:
Over the past year ABS Career College has struggled with high employee turnover, low morale amongst workers, and failure to attain goals. In addition, findings suggest there has been a significant loss of revenue over the past year which will also be addressed in this report. With this determination, the human resources department feels it is imperative to create and implement of an effective recruiting and retention program to enhance the quality of employees and management within ABS Career College. Through intense research, it has been established that current recruiting methods of the organization have not been effective. Management will also meet with employees to discuss the changes, and explain the importance of the new design, and how these key variables will help the organization gain a competitive position. In addition, management will provide employees an opportunity to address any questions or concerns they may have. Also employees will be invited to voice their opinions and make suggestions.
Conclusion

ABS Career College’s mission is to serve students and help them develop skills for life. This mission is something that we have not been able to successfully execute over the past 12 months. By utilizing these different strategies to retain employees, we will be able to better serve our students and maintain a staff of quality employees. Although there are many different strategies and changes that need to take place, ABS Career College is more than capable of overcoming these obstacles. By implementing the above mentioned changes, we will eliminate low morale in the workplace, improve retention, and meet the goals of the organization moving
