“Global warming is too serious for the world any longer to ignore its danger or split into opposing factions on it1”. Global warming has been around since the 1930s2 , which is when scientists began to notice weather patterns, but now it has grown into such a grave matter that it can no longer be overlooked or downgraded. Imagine living on a planet where over 90 per cent of it is treacherous waters and less than 10 per cent is dry barren land, though it doesn’t seem likely; it is, all because of global warming. Global warming is an increase in the temperature of the Earth’s atmosphere which is generally attributed to the greenhouse effect. The greenhouse effect is the trapping of the sun's warmth in a planet's lower atmosphere due to the greater transparency of the atmosphere to visible radiation from the sun than to infrared radiation emitted from the planet's surface.
