The main focus of discussion will be on Globalization. Globalization is currently changing the way international business is transforming. Globalization, specifically the globalization market, refers to the gradual integration and growing interdependence of national economies (Nicholson, 2014). Globalization makes it possible for firms to view the world as one big marketplace, which includes buyers, producers, suppliers, from all over the world. With the cooperation of trade among countries, Globalization of markets is able to take place through transactions that take place on the Internet and other technological advances. Through international transaction firms and government exchange large volumes of currencies (Nicholson, 2014). The free movement of capital around the world has led to interconnectedness among world economies (Nicholson, 2014). The fourth dimension Convergence of consumer lifestyles and preferences bring together consumers, rather firms. The fourth dimension focuses on the consumer, and how they’re similar internationally. Through trading between countries, we have been able to interact socially and economiclly. Globalization has impacted the world’s interconnectedness and interdependence (Chakravarti 2014). Those who are pro globalization will argue that globalization help nations connect on a common level. For example entertainment has been a common interests among citizens of the world. With music and movies being a very popular form of entertainment, those around the world can connect with similar interests in music and movies. Regardless if globalization has connected society, it doesn’t mean it’s worth losing jobs and paying low wage
