Good health takes a lifetime to accomplish. It’s more than just eating right and exercising. It’s also about your mental state as well. Your mental state is a key aspect to live a lifetime of good health because if you want to change something about you; you have to be able to deal with it mentally; you have to know you have a problem to fix it and want to fix it. Those stages are the transtheoretical model. At first you don’t know you have a problem, precontemplation stage. Then you realize you have a problem, but don’t change, contemplation stage. Then, they plan on taking action, preparation stage. Then you have the action stage where they actually start working toward their goal. You have the maintenance stage after that where they will
