On July 20, 2012, a terrible tragedy had taking place in aurora Colorado inside the century movie theater. This tragedy happened during the midnight screening of the film the dark knight rises which is based off the excerpts of the marvel character batman. A person walked into the theater, exploded tear gas grenades, and used guns to shoot into the audience killing twelve people and injuring 70 others. The person that did this horrible act was a man by the name of James Eagan Holmes, and he was arrested right outside of the century movie theater. Colorado has experienced this type of act before when going through the columbine high school shooting in 1999 but this was the deadliest act of violence since then.
Jennifer McClellan, RN, BSN is presently my Associate Service Manager, for the Urgent Care Emergency Department. She has been in that position since May, 2013. Her main responsibilities are to manage the flow in the unit, since our unit is a fast paced, and we have a high volume of patients. Also, if there is a problem, she has to go above and beyond to fix the problem. She also has to handle patient’s complaints which are something not uncommon in our unit.

Qualities like decisiveness, confidence, focus, and consistency are necessary to make a leader. Virtue, which is a behavior showing high moral standards , is not one of the necessary qualities. By analyzing literature and history, a person can still be a good and effective leader without virtue because they are consistent, credible, and have a vision of their goals.
After I talk about both forms of leadership I will discuss each quote that was given on the assignment handout. Lastly, I will discuss the questions that have been provided for us to use. Also, throughout the paper I will have statements or remarks from the reading. The main idea that the people of Russia had was to change the government so that all people were treated equal. Russia had a bad start from the beginning of the revolution, in 1914 Russia entered World War 1 and ultimately lost to Japan. As a result of the loss the people in Russia were suffering from food shortages and weapons shortages.

God has had his way of ensuring that leadership for his people were effective, and in cases where there was a failure, he provided a way for restorative servant leadership.
