In today’s world of business it may be easy to seek and find professional employees with refined skills and competences in different specialties and fields of life. This is because the ones who seek, interview, test and select are managers or those who have leadership or management characteristics that that qualify them to look into personalities and choose the right and appropriate for vacancies. However, what could be a more challenging task is looking after a manager or an employee for a leadership position and what may complicate the matter is a sensitive kind of business such as the food industry (“Fast food restaurant manager,” n.d., Gallace, 2016).
