Workshop Assignment
In the Workshop by Niklas, we were taught several tools, with which we could help each other to function better as a group – both with narrowing down the subject and problem area, but not only that; we also learned ways to utilize the different individuals, in the groups, strengths and how we should help each other with our different weaknesses as well. Some of the tools should be common knowledge, but talking and hearing about it, from both the teacher as well as the group, defined the basics with which we make our group work.
Roles of Individuals

Group Contract
In our group Group Contract we stated, that if being late by more than ten minutes late, then one have to bring snacks of a sort to the group, which actually helps on the mood while working – people have brought apples, peers and made waffles and pasta salad due to being late. But after my before mentioned downtime, I have brought apples and cookies to the group almost every meeting – as it lightens the mood and as to show that I really appreaciate being in the group.
As stated in our group contract, the group have had at least 1 group meeting every week, which helps us in keeping focus on the subject.
It also states that all the assignments to teachers, should be ready to be handed in at least two days before the due date, meaning that the Economic Assignment should be done the by the 9 of march, so it could be handed it the 11th of march, etc.. This has helped with the stress of homework and group-work and has worked tremendously – except for the Public Space and Resource assignment, as we had forgotten to assign one of the chapters to a person. This meant that we basically did it all together the day before
