Picking the right team can be hard, one way to make it easy it to find out what you want and then see what it takes to make it happen and then look into how employees can work together to keep the momentum going. To better prepare for choosing my group of leaders for my project I want to come up with ten questions to get to know them and how they can either help or hurt the program.

1. What are you passionate about? I want to start off with this question to pull out weather or not these employees will be able to enjoy working on this project. I want to make sure everyone is on board and passionate about what they are doing for the company.

Above I have created a brief outline of what to expect as an attendee. Since the members of the group will be pulled from all parts of the company they will most likely not know each other very well so I want to start the day with a comfortable breakfast and light introductions. From there we will dive into the project. We will talk about its purpose, and how it will change sales and production for new employees to come. There is a big disconnect amongst the different departments within the company, so I want to make sure each employee understands what every member of the group currently does and what they bring to the group and how they can help the project.
One of the final items we will cover during the day is looking at the leadership goals we want to set as leaders of the project. This will allow each person to come up with his or her own personal goals and then have stake within the group. This will make the group come together and see the end goal.
Make certain that everyone in your organization, no matter the task, has a customer. The customer can be internal or external, but each person needs to know whom he or she is serving. This was definitely one of my favorite steps from the chart. If everyone knows who or what he or she are working for they will know where to start looking when it comes to finding out what is expected of
