Reducing crime is a way to also reduce conflict within communities as well as with the public, and other agencies. Integrations different theories and imploring conflict management within organization will help suppress crime in the United States. Researchers have proven that the crime rates in other countries is falling, however, crime in the U.S. continues to be on the rise. Issues such as gun control, illegal drugs and missing children keeps crime in the U.S. from suppression. Major discussions on gun control in the U.S. has become a major issue among not only politicians but in the public and among other organizations. The main question that needs to be answered is whether gun control suppress or increase crime.
