With the usage of language, the order of in which it’s uses can be interchangeable. This plethora of words can also be used to portray one’s certain views, conform to one’s ideas-and make one’s thoughts presentable to the general public. One topic in today’s news is the process of obtaining a gun. The usage of language in today’s news, or propaganda, is used to promote those within the general public to have the same ideals. This usage of propaganda making the problems in today’s general news much more problematic than they appear to be. With the topic of gun control, most of the speakers are those who have had a background in gun shootings. They speak of how guns should not be easily obtained to prevent situations like this from ever happening again. They are intent on preventing shootings and making stricter gun control laws. These young individuals want their voices to be heard, driving courage into the hearts of those around them. They do not change their words to fit one specific audience. However, they instead use their words to target every individual-those within a position of power and those that come from an everyday normal background.
