The number of people who obtained guns legally in America is large but there are even more people who can get and own guns illegally. Obtaining guns illegally is one of the major causes of gun violence in America. In many states the process of getting a firearm is short and simple, where as in other states the process may be longer. Background checks in many state are my may not be as detailed in other states. Universal background checks on induvial who wish to purchase guns, along universal gun permits in the states will help to regulate the way of obtaining guns throughout America. In urban neighborhoods, guns play a huge part in shaping young people’s view guns.
