20) The VA EHR system is called the VistA, and the DOD is using a commercial EHR system.
21) On June of 2017, Dr. David J. Shulkin the “U.S. Secretary of Veterans Affairs” stated that the DOD and VA would be merging into one EHR system called the MHS GENESIS.
22) The MHS GENESIS uses Cerner Millennium solutions to aid in its capability to deliver quality interoperable data globally to all the DOD and VA facilities, and
