The HR professional Map is an essential instrument and a powerful tool that allows organizations to run their business effectively and in a highly sustainable way. It enhances flexibility amongst all-level professional employees that consequently motivate them to plan their career path with confidence and use their behavior and knowledge capabilities to perform work activities successfully (CIPD, 2015).
The structure of the HR Professional Map is divided in three parts:
• Four Bands
• Ten Professional areas
• Eight Behaviors

The ten professional areas are divided into two parts:
* Two professional core areas:
1. Insights, strategy and solutions:
It creates significant bits of knowledge and arrangements, organized understanding of comprehensive business, relevant and helps in setting best strategies for organizations.
2. Leading HR:
Gives dynamic, knowledge of leading others: owning, molding and motivating themselves, others and organization activities. Despite the fact that not everybody will have a part of leading others, it is still essential that they create and develop in the other two measurements. (CIPD, 2015)
