The CIPD’s HR Profession Map can be consider as a competency framework which captures the knowledge and behaviors required and needed for any HR and L&D professionals for their current career or foreseeable future. Also, CIPD’s HR Profession Map helps to design and drive the decisions that company should takes for both short and long terms. So, that means the HR MAP will play a critical role in field of development. Business growth, performance and will determined company futures position. It is very essential as an HR professionals to know the needed knowledge, skills and behaviors required to understand the organization business and our roles to achieve business KPIs. To do that, we need to know (Knowledge) our core business, vision, mission and overall organization targets. Identify what I need to do (activities), with the behaviors support to carry donning these activities and achieving the organization targets.

That model/sitting will allow the system to be able to adapt best knowledge transfer, best practice, strategies, behaviors, values, procedures and processes in a way that will be easy to monitor, to control and to reorganized or to reshape. The Insights, strategy and solutions and Leading HR are the two core areas which consider the foundation for HR capability regardless of their roles, location or stage of their career. It is more about how the HR professional understands the business of the organization & knowing the vision, mission and value.
