Some religions feel that some food is unclean in their religion belief. For instance, Muslim do not eat pork, because they feel the pig live in filth and feces with dirt sub-rounding then. However, physician could not agree with this patient, and he could tell the dietary to still service the patient pork. In other word, the physician is in violation of Medical ethics Code. In this case, the physician is not respect the patient religion practice belief, so ethics play a vital right to the patient belief. As mentioned before, AMA have place regulation to enforced accountable in the medical professional field to stop unfair treatment or belief, so that the patient have freedom choice of their well-being. To illustrate, autonomy give the patient right over he or she body in any situation of medical treatment. For instance, the patient have a right to a second or third opinion over their medical treatment. Next, beneficence is directly point to the healthcare to do all knowledge thing to help the patient treatment work. In fact, the patient can choose a different specialist even though the medical physician chose the specialist he or she thought was the best choice. In the meantime, Non-Maleficence work hand to hand with healthcare ethics to ensuring no harm come to the patient well-being.
