I investigated and completed the analysis on the benefits which attract, engage, and retain millennial hires. I compared the impact and affect that each discussed benefit would contribute to our company and I concluded that we would reap the greatest benefits if we improve and increase our current healthcare plan. If we implement greater healthcare benefits we will have happier employees, increased employee retention rates, and greater efficiency.
