Henry Ford is the most well know person who did not invented the car, but who actually modified the different models of manufacture used in the past and did evolution the system that allow an average person in America to own a car, because an idea is nothing without a method to make it happen. This is the history of Henry Ford who did accomplish the way to produce vehicles for the mass in an efficient and productive way. Producing a car before his phenomenal idea was very inefficient and costly which was only available for the high class that usually did require a chuffer. Before his idea workers had to work in one station and assembling parts from start to end. This type of production was time consuming and therefore results in the increase of time and cost in the manufacture sector. He had made several changes on production but after all he realized that if he modifies the way cars were assembled he will solve the productivity issue. Instead of having one station he and his coworkers thought that if parts were moved at a desire pace in a line with different stations and workers working in more specific task they will be able to build parts faster and in more quantity. The legacy of Henry Ford’s company continue in the USA today and became part of the “Big three” that represents the most largest automobile companies in the United States in hand with General Motors and Chrysler. Henry Ford had never imagined that his improvement in the assembling line and the developed of mass production on his plants had become so important in the industry sector. From the past to now his concept still been used and had been implemented using the invention of robots in hand with technology to reduce drastically the number of workers needed in the assembling line. The automobile manufacture is implementing the use of robots in their plants to assemble parts more precise and with less margin error since robots can be programmated to do repeated task in less time. The same way the T model in the nineteenth century had assemble the new T’ magneto, “a component that supplied ignition energy to the engine before generator became common” ------, on the assembling line on the 2013 the ford Escape was the first car in the USA that was manufacture using the implementation of robots. Ford did establish the use of robots in their manufacturing plants in Europe first and lately had set up 700 robots on their USA plants. Consequently Ford’s company want to implement the use of 88 robots to be used in painting and
