It was self-explanatory at first when determining what was needed, but initially I had issues in finding the articles due to the limited nature of the topic. What were more available were books, and with I looked at the author’s background and what validity they posed to the research being conducted. One of the biggest things I was looking for, was relevancy. It had to be relevant and fit my criteria in terms of what I needed for my research. What seemed to be the easiest part was the outline to help my assignment.
After reading "Shitty first drafts" by Anne Lamott and "Write before writing" by Donald M. Murray, I concede with their writing process declaration. Donald M. Murray shows the multiple choices to start writing in his article "Write before writing". He says writers should develop an absorption in what they are trying to say so they can incline more comprehension on the subject. Anne Lamott a professional writer uncovers the writers habits and they way they write. In "Shitty first drafts" she describes the thoughts of her own view of the writing process.

The article by Donald Murray entitled, “The Maker’s Eye: Revising Your Own Manuscripts” provides readers a better understanding of the writing process and argues that writers learn to write, by writing and rewriting. Murray also contends that writers must learn to be their own best enemy. Well, I believe I have this trait covered! I will confess, that I purposely saved this course for last, due to the number of years between my last structured learning experience and returning to school to complete a BSN degree.

Having a strong conclusion is very important to have a strong conclusion, since this is the last chance the writer has to make an impression on the reader.

Performing a medication history and reviewing it can be helpful to in acquiring information about a patents disease states, keeping an up to date record on their current medications, and helps prevent and resolve potential and current issues with patents medications.
My Writing Experience In previous courses, my writing skills have been mediocre or just enough to pass the class. Throughout the duration of this course, I have written a variety of papers using different techniques and skills. Previously I would write assuming that the only audience would be my instructor. This course has helped me realize that there are many steps and skills involved with writing a well-organized and easy to comprehend essay.
