One side claims that the bill is unconstitutional while the other side claims the bill protects the safety of our citizens. N.p.)In reality the bill is only restricting transgenders from using the restroom of their choice and must use the restroom of their birth gender to protect children from rape and sexual harassment in public. If the bill was never written nor passed some people might or would take advantage of the fact that transgenders can use the restroom of their choice and use that as a pathway to harass the children of their choice. The bill also lifts any passing of anti-discrimination laws in North Carolina which causes the most controversy among state legislators. The bill states that if any employee feels that they were fired or being discriminated against for being a certain race, gender, age, or ethnicity, they had no power to take it to the state court and would instead submit the complaint to the Supreme Court, which causes the unnecessary spending of state and citizens
