Politically, the war greatly impacted and changed Germany and France. While there were a few positive changes, most of the changes were negative for Germany. The war led to the end of the Second Reich, this opened up Germany to become desperate for anyone to help bring them back to their glory and power. On top of that, a civil war broke out in Germany because of the political unbalance caused by the end of The Great War. Many small revolutions and uprisings also took place.
