Native Americans have lived in America for thousands of years before the Europeans discovered it, but when they did make their way over to America they changed the lives of the Indian population. Europeans introduced new found disease, traded with them, and took the land so that they could develop it their own way. In general, the colonization from Europe changed the lives and the day to day behavior of the Indians. When Europeans arrived in the New World they brought with them diseases that were new to the Indian people. One of those diseases was Smallpox. Some English had developed an immunity to the disease, but they still carried sick people with them when they traveled. When these sick interacted with the natives this in turn passed
