World War 2 was a global war that took place between 1939 to 1945, between many of the great world powers. It effected millions of people and included over 30 countries. When looking at this war many people think about the different battles or the leaders on each side. However not many people think to consider the economic impact that the war had on the economy. When looking at World War 2 in detail it is clear to see that it had a great impact on the economy of the United States.
One of the main influences of World War 2 was the global economic integration. Integrated world economy received a big bump from the outcome of the war. One of the main causes of the war from an American perspective was from disintegration of the world economy. So, American and their former enemies were able to eager plunge back into the world market. All of the countries became active participants in the multifunctional institutional framework of the postwar global economy.
