An old composer once said to Mozart, “ Keep your eyes on him. Someday he will give the world something to talk about.” Today in the same world, Beethoven has inspired many musicians threw his music and was recognized as westerns music’s greatest composer. Ludwig van Beethoven was an influential person because he was talented with music, composed music for performance, also completed many of symphonies, and has influenced many people today with the music he created.

Ludwig van Beethoven was an amazing composer, yet he lived a very hard,difficult life. At the age of four, his father wanted him to play piano so he gave him piano lessons. Beethoven was short, so in order to reach the piano keys he had to stand on the piano bench. His father was very strict. Whenever Beethoven made a mistake, his father would scold him. Ludwig Beethoven’s music is full of emotions and feelings. Many people now are using Beethoven’s music. For example, he has influence some of Pink Floyd music. In a couple of there songs Careful With That Axe, Eugene, they masterfully built an entire mood around one chord. People are influenced by Beethoven’s music because of his story. His story contains has depressing incidents that happen to him. Beethoven was a person who could not express is feelings out loud so he expressed them through his music. Now people are doing to same way. Beethoven has made people share their feelings and emotions through music. Ludwig van Beethoven is still an influential person because of his story with music and life, composed music for performance, also completed many of symphonies, and has influenced many people today with the music he created. Though Beethoven was a great influence on many people, Mozart and other famous composers influenced him. Though Ludwig Beethoven died many years ago, he still influenced many people today.

He also treated instruments as individuals instead of grouping them together such as the bass instruments which originally formed the Basso continuo. Beethoven experimented with the ways an instrument could be played , creating new sounds, and would have large pitch ranges between instruments which aided in the expressiveness and drama of his pieces.
